If there is one thing that Ian Beckles knows how to do, it’s throw a party unlike anything anyone has seen. This past Saturday evening, Ian Beckles and Street Laced Marketing teamed up to launch the Dignitary Card with a star-studded night at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa. This private invite only extravaganza took place inside the Hard Rock Cafe and featured an amazing array of talented performances, including Tampa Bay Lightning staple and National Anthem singer, Sonya Bryson, as well as country-hop sensation Reginald Wrangler, St. Pete’s own The Real Clash, Street Laced DJ’s Coz (WiLD 94.1) and Ekin (Hot 101.5), as well as two amazing set’s by National Recording artist and Saxophone specialist, Eric Darius, also a Tampa native. The event was very much a Vegas-style soirée with stilt walkers, belly dancers, bikini models, an all female flash mob, salsa dancers, a roller skating phenom, fashion show and so much more! Everywhere you looked, there was something to catch your eye; it was a spectacle. The food sampling was out of this world, featuring some of the delights from Council Oak and Grey Salt at the Hard Rock, South Tampa’s newest sensation, the Mini Doughnut Factory, Acropolis Greek Taverna and others. Touch Vodka was also a sponsor of the event and had their own bar set up at the event, featuring the many varieties of their product. There were many familiar faces in the spot, including well known TV and Radio Personalities, former and current NFL players, Politicians, Sports Professionals and well, “Dignitaries”. It was truly one of the parties of the year. Thanks to all those who attended, The Ian Beckles Foundation was able to raise thousands of dollars during the event, primarily through a LIVE auction and 50/50 raffle, conducted by the evenings emcee and Vice President of Street Laced, Greg Wolf.
